It was a telephone enquiry regarding viewing of a property.He was most helpful and kind and replied to all my emails very promptly .The arranged viewing was cancelled in the end but I was informed about it in plenty of time by another agent : Artie( if I remember correctly).I think I dealt with the Byfleet branch.Lovely experience

If your heating or hot water goes out over the weekend, there’s no way to get any support. There is no way to get ahold of Stirling Ackroyd. You will freeze, with no hot water until they decide to respond on Monday morning.

Taija and Chelsea delivered what they promised. We had a lot of viewings to let our property and managed to get a tenant that paid a good monthly fee. We were happy with the outcome. The one and only issue was the receipt of money. The tenants moved in on the Tuesday and we didn't receive the money until the following Monday. The timing of the tenants moving in and the receipt of money could have been handled a lot better.
