Super flexible pricing, some great products (which have been dramatically improved and added on to since I joined). It was great and straight to the point on the live chat, Donna fixed the problem. However via email Stephanie said the app was still under construction (which it wasn’t because my friend used it and it worked for her) and was told told to use the browser instead, which makes me think the issue was not looked into.

I have been using The Hoxton Mix for years now (4years to be exact) and I would like to give my honest opinion. I was using Regus in the past but had many problems with them, not going to go in details right now but I can honestly say that I have had no problems with the HM. The location is great it's about 3 min walk from Old street station and about 10/15 min walk from Liverpool street station, the area is amazing and the staff are absolutely lovely can't be more happy. I must also mention the price I pay for my annual plan is a bargin plus I get to book meeting rooms to meet my clients. Try for yourselves :) I am 100% satisfied so far! Thank you Hoxton Mix.

They've recently started destroying mail after two weeks without warning, after years of not doing this. "According to their policy" says the crappy UI. Apparently it's too much to ask that they store some envelopes for a few days, for a paying customer. Who knows what the letters were that they destroyed, since they didn't photograph the envelopes.

As per our terms and conditions, section 7.1(f)1, any items not collected within 30 days from the date of receipt will be securely destroyed or sent to you at your expense. During this 30-day period, we will notify you every other day to inform you that you need to collect your post or can have it scanned or forwarded for a small fee if you are strictly on a collection-only plan. If you are an active customer, you can now log in to your customer portal to view a copy of the envelope and, if on a scan plan, also the internal pages. However, it's important to note that if you are NOT an active customer, for example, those who cyber squat on the address or have cancelled accounts, we will return the post to the sender. We are not authorised to process posts for anyone who has not passed the necessary KYC and AML checks or who has cancelled their account and unauthorised us to process their post.Team Hoxton Mix
