GoogleThey stole money from my account when I didn’t even give them my details never even heard of them and the agency broke contract on the first month by not providing working white goods for six month at the accomadation. Scammers! Be careful they are keyboard warriors don’t even have contact numbers. Police have been contact and also fraudsters. Karma!

GoogleDespite responding to two emails telling the Reposit team I’m moving out at the end of my tenancy they have taken £30 out off my account, this is against my wishes. They even have the end date of my tenancy on their own system. Avoid at all cost, check your policy or they will scam you out of your money.

Googlereposit helped me get my home at a reasonable price, I had a few problems with the inventory report for the property, reposit followed my concerns with the estate agent and made sure I wasn't responsible for damage no included in the inventory report, I'm very satisfied with my experience.

GoogleDo not use this company if you are a tenant. They charge an annual fee, and then when you dispute a landlords claim, they want to charge you £60, so you are left having to pay out either way. There are much better tenancy deposit schemes out there than Reposit!

GoogleThe letting agent used Reposit, allowing me to pay a small fee instead of a traditional deposit. I find this to be a great option, especially as I have no plans to leave the property. It has made the rental process more convenient and affordable for me.

GoogleYou have been warned if the letting agent is using this company AVOID at all costs !!!!! Removed money from my account without my consent and charged me £100 for a smudge on the wall that only required wiping off. They will always award the landlord if you dispute anything and they will charge u £60 non refundable.
