GoogleDo not recommend working with Keaton’s unless you are looking for the bare minimum. When deciding whether to move in, they lied and/or omitted information to us to get us to move in and then were not good partners after we moved in. They told us the landlord was looking for a long-term lease holder, and then alerted us 3 months into our lease he is looking to sell. They told us the landlord agreed to our basic offer of patching walls before move-in, and it took them 3 months to complete (and only because we pushed). When we discovered a water stain that could turn to mould, they again took months. The people seem kind enough, but they are just entirely incompetent. I had a great experience with Foxton’s when I was looking at other properties and would recommend them. I regret having made the choice to work in anyway with Keaton’s. Save your sanity and look elsewhere. *this is in regard to their leasing team only.

GoogleWe have been using Keatons Shoreditch for over a decade now. Kudos to Shaun Datngarm and Marta Rodriguez for being exceptionally quick, efficient, and professional at letting out our flat. They reached out to us as soon as the current tenants gave notice and provided honest feedback as to what would be a fair market rent and what the flat needed to be attractive to potential tenants. Much appreciated!
