GoogleThe most disorganised, incompetent company that doesn’t care about any of its tenants or house issues. I have been living with rats in my ceiling for 9 months now and even after paying for my own pest control company and telling them I need to be reimbursed they refused. Loose significant amounts of paperwork and act like the tenants haven’t given it to them yet to the point where we get signed and dated photocopies to make sure we cannot be held accountable. Save yourself a lot of stress and DO NOT RENT WITH RMA. I wish I had done the same

GoogleWithout a doubt the most disorganised, incompetent, and generally useless company I have ever encountered. To give just a couple of examples: when we first arrived at our property, there was an enormous pile of rubbish outside left by the previous tenants, which took over a month to be removed. In addition, we are currently two months into our tenancy and I am yet to be given curtains or blinds in my downstairs, street-facing bedroom. Save yourself a lot of frustration by avoiding RMA.

GoogleSeems all estate agents in Oxford are useless, stopped at the office just before closing to drop some Documents and was ignored at the door. Then told to come back the next day because they were closing.

GoogleAn agent is supposed to make life easier and not more difficult. I have had to chase the agency for my deposit every day for the last 10 days without any response. Dominic (the agent) ignores emails and you have to chase him by phone to get any sort of response and even then it is a struggle.

GoogleI strongly recommend AJ Home Solutions. I liked the first property I visited with them. During the Covid 19 situation, they were very professional in approach and provided assistance to the best of their ability under these circumstances. Even though the lockdown situation first delayed the house move and cancelled it at a later stage, they were quick in returning all the deposit money I had paid.

GoogleAbsolutely appalled by this company. Promised a rental house would be professionally cleaned, the garden was going to cut and sorted. Neither of which had occurred. Rubbish all over the garden. Mould on walls, inside wardrobes and curtains, which is highly toxic for tenants with asthma. Bedrooms with inadequate and faulty blinds not offering privacy. A complete lack of safeguarding responsibilities to students.

GoogleVery bad experience, and the worst property agent I have ever seen. Unwilling to answer any questions from customers after the property is rented out. Deducted the deposit unfairly, need to contact the dispute resolution service get my money back!

GoogleTerrible service. The staff working there had no idea of information on the properties and try all they can to make it as difficult as possible for you. Booked various viewings which they didn't even have the keys for on the day. Very unorganised and highly recommend to try elsewhere if you can.
