Despicable company

Despicable company They provide no protections to letters or tenants, only care about themselves.They recommended and endorsed a tenant told me to lock in a 2 year contract, Tenant did a runner after 8 months and then Foxtons took their deposit to pay for commission fees for the 2nd year of the contract Foxtons took 2 years worth of fees for 8 months of rent, Trust me better off going with openrent or smaller companies

A Great Property Manager (Tony Chan)

Tony is simply the best Property Manager we have had. He is very responsive. He excels in providing us updates on our property and if something needs our attention such as a repair then Tony makes sure it is completed professionally and also monitors the cost of the repairs to make sure we get "value for money". Tony is our trusted partner and has earned both our respect and friendship. We cannot speak more highly of Tony. The only Property Manager we ever want is Tony. Thank you. You have a wonderful and motivated employee.

Outrageous and awful management service

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

Overpriced and awful services

I had an awful experience with Foxtons. After returning the keys to the flat at the end of my tenancy, Foxtons lost them. As a result, my landlord tried to charge me for a month's worth of rent and the cost of changing the lock. Throughout the process, Foxtons seemed more interested in siding with the landlord rather than addressing their own mistake. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Tony does an excellent job as for our flat in Marsham Court

Tony does an excellent job as Property Manager of our flat in Marsham Court. He handles all of our enquiries expeditiously and professionally. When there are issues with the flat (such as a water leak into the restaurant below our flat) then Tony addresses them immediately and outlines our options. If we need to buy furniture, then Tony provides links to various suppliers which helped my wife and then communicates to the tenants when they will arrive etc. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Tony. He is simply the best and we rely upon him. Tony is the consummate professional.

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

Highly recommend Steven Smith who has been indefatigable in helping me to find a new home. Always super cheerful and honest, he has taken my (not always so straightforward!) requirements on board and has proactively suggested only properties with real potential. Not flooding my inbox with blatant no-hopers, like some other estate agents… It’s always a pleasure to catch up with Steven; he is professional and helpful, and keeps up your spirits if the search for your dream home is taking a bit longer than expected (tricky market at the moment).
