Terrible customer service. They fell to attend appointment to sell my place twice. Constant phone calls offering services they can't commit to. The highest fees of any estate agents and not really worth paying the extra.

GoogleVery interesting to see that most of the 'people' leaving 5 star reviews for Foxtons have only one review to their name... My experience of buying a house through Foxtons was a one star experience at best. They were terrible at keeping us and their vendor up to date. So bad in fact that the vendor pulled out (which they didn't see fit to tell us about). It was only down to our own initiative that the sale happened but of course Foxtons took their full fee.

GoogleWe were lucky enough to have Gareth helping us in our property search, and not only was he far friendlier and honest than most estate agents we have worked with but he had a proper understanding of what we were looking for, rather than trying pawn all of his properties off on us. We have ended up having an offer accepted on a wonderful flat, we could not be more excited and it is down to him and his desire to find us a great property. Thank you!

GoogleHave been searching for a new property with Foxtons in Stoke Newington for a little while now, and so far I have no complaints with the service provided. Gareth, my allocated sales person, is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable about the properties and very easy to get on with. His property suggestions match my criteria well, so very little time is wasted looking at unsuitable places. He is also very accommodating with scheduling viewings. I would recommend using this estate agent.
