I was scammed by a manager from Foxtons into paying the deposit and rent, spent over 3 hours passing the reference checks only to find out that the landlord never signed the agreement. The manager told me "It's just sales, it happens" and laughed.

Jean provided good service for me. I am close to remortgage and she arranged a mortgage broker to discuss my options and the current market situation. Very helpful. She also helped me with valuation of my house which provided me with more insights and opened up a lot of options for me going forward.

I had to overpay my mortgage, in order to compensate the money looted from me by foxtons and tiong and partners, it takes 7months to get back that, such a huge pain, how can they tell lies and loot money, worst agency ever

Foxtons have an abismal communication system, a cumbersome portal and obviously overstretched staff, taking 2 or 3 chasing emails and up to a week to reply to my and the tenants queries.I'm still waiting for the tenant's damage deposit and refund on the commission after one month of chasing.Never again

I am a landlord, and have been hugely overcharged by Foxtons. They placed a tenant that didn't pay rent and took legal action for me to pay commission on rent that was not received. Have since settled and requested they delete my data yet they continue to hound me for further business.
