I rarely write reviews, but Foxtons Shoreditch managed to find me an amazing flat for the second time now. I worked with Klaudia Kocot on both occasions, and the amount of client care and amazing customer service that she provided is unparalleled - from promptly answering my texts and understanding my various personal circumstances, to even driving me to viewings. It felt very personal, unlike many other agencies that I used in the past. I would thoroughly recommend her and the agency to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Great estate agents. I had Niamh Burston as my estate agent. Even before I had an offer, she was great at booking in lots of viewings, she never cancelled at the last minute, and gave me advice and feedback to ensure that I got an offer. Then during the contracts process, she was great with her communications. She ensured that me and my buyer were always aware of what was going on, and would proactively look to resolve any issues that could delay the contracts. Excellent work by Niamh, and I would 100% anyone looking to buy or sell, working with her.

From the initial viewing to the final stages of the process, Joe was dedicated, attentive, and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte recently for the purchase of my first property. As a first-time buyer I had a number of questions and concerns, but she was knowledgeable and patient and made the entire process far less daunting. From our initial meeting Charlotte was very personable; both she and the wider Foxtons team have gone above and beyond, to ensure a smooth and positive experience for me. Regular and informative communication kept me in the loop, even when we had a few sticking points during conveyancing. I am delighted with my new home, and the service that was provided, and couldn't recommend Foxtons highly enough. Thanks again for all your support Charlotte, much appreciated!

Klaudia Kocot (@ Foxton Shoreditch office) was incredibly helpful in my rental search. She was, without a doubt, the hardest working, most detailed, helpful agent amongst any firm I engaged with . She went above and beyond, showing properties not yet on the market. She also gave very practical and honest advice around property search and negotiationsm. No BS, very honest and helpful. Def recommend using Klaudia specifically.

As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. By the time I found Foxtons' letter in my letterbox, I was ready to give up.

Gavie Raj was a pleasure to deal with. He’s courteous, knowledgable, professional, and helpful. I sent an e mail on Sunday evening, and he called me first thing on Monday morning arranging four excellent viewings for the Wednesday. He picked us up from the station, drove us to each property and dropped us back afterwards. He followed up with further information the following morning, and we hope to be making an offer on one of the properties soon. I would strongly recommend his services. Thank you Gavie.

I can not recommend the team at Foxtons Shoreditch highly enough. I worked with Billy Brooks and Oliver Sharp on a particularly tricky sale that involved them going above and beyond to make it happen. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding. There were moments when it looked like legal issues might stop the deal, and they were there to provide assurance, keep open lines between all parties and help figure the path forward. They did all this with empathy and patience. I'd always thought agent fees seemed high, but after this, I now understand the huge value that talented agents offer. You're in safe hands if you have either of these two helping you sell your place. Outside of their help navigating the sale, their team also got me two offers on my place in a quick time frame. Thanks so much Billy & Oliver!

My flatmate had come from outside…

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

I switched to Foxtons after an unsuccessful run with another agent and within 4 weeks they had sold my property. Oliver and Billy in Shoreditch were fantastic to deal with. Just extraordinary!

Had an excellent experience flat hunting with Long Nguyen. He was very diligent and ensured we had multiple viewings lined up to make the best of our time. Also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately the timings didn't work out for the properties we viewed but would definitely reccomend Foxtons and in particular Long if you're looking for a flat in the area.

Natasha at Foxtons is an outstanding agent who truly went above and beyond for me. She didn’t just show me properties - she curated the experience, organising multiple listings in one go to save time and making sure each option aligned with what I was really looking for. What stood out most was how much she listened and cared - she took the time to understand my needs and made me feel supported every step of the way. Natasha’s professionalism, dedication, and personal touch turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one. She’s a rare find in the industry and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I was very pleased that Klaudia listened so carefully and arranged for the showing of only what clearly fit my description of a flat to rent. She was attentive and available. I felt that I could not have had a more professional agent working for me. Her personal warmth and caring come through as she answered all my questions with patience and thoroughness. I would recommend Klaudia without reservation!
