I had the most horrendous experience…

I had the most horrendous experience ever with dexters old Brompton road office. Particularly with the unprofessional and useless director called Eleanor. She constantly lied to me about the amount of viewings and whether the keys were actually working. Please do not use the service of this agency. It was disorganised and terrible. I had to leave them after 3 weeks where they wasted my time. I will never use these people again.

The worst letting and property…

The worst letting and property management company ever!! They do not care about the tenants, only the landlord. As long as the landlord gets a good offer, they won’t bother helping with issues in the property. And they trick you with adding stuff to your contract after you’ve signed and paid deposit / rent so you are left with no choice but accept whatever they add into the contract.

The worst property agent in existence

This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

The follow up work from Joe Read proved just that - exceptional work rate and desire to get us the right tenant within the time frame we had set ourselves. Paul Ford manages our property and is always prompt at responding to our concerns and getting any issues resolved. Recently we needed a dresser door fixed and Paul arranged for Dexter's handyman Kim to come in. Not only did Kim fix the issue, but he took the initiative to fix another bureau that he noticed needed attention and even replaced sealant behind the kitchen sink. We were so impressed and thankful that the overall upkeep of the property was treated as a priority, with future issues being anticipated and addressed without us needing to flag them.

Just as importantly he went above and beyond in helping make the process as smooth as possible, including helping us find cleaners for the move out and a contractor to help fix things before we moved. 100% would recommend.
