Years of mould issues finally sorted

We have been renting our current property for almost 5 years and have had mould issues since the beginning of our tenancy. It was not until Monika Piszczyk took over the management of our property, did we finally get our severe mould issues sorted. Monika, with her determination and hard work, managed to get our landlord to finally agree to put in the money to install proper ventilation, get mould treatment and redecoration done. She saw through the whole process and made sure things were done well. Thank you Monika for fighting for our rights to live in a safe and comfortable home.

should not show or even take the property on their books

viewing arranged fine. day of viewing phone call to say go to second site first and then the first . no one turned up so i phone office. then viewing person who justs works weekend turned up ,she said been waiting at other property!. problem with communication from dexters staff? shown property that had broken in door with padlocks added and surrounding wood frame all broken.

Initially, I was frustrated by a couple of administrative slips across the team, but, through dedication and enthusiasm, Joe and the whole Dexters crew were able to secure good tenants who were keen to snap up my flat. Prompt and clear communication meant that, whilst some re-arrangements needed to be considered (furnished became unfurnished, for example), we were all able to achieve a desirable outcome within a fortnight or so of intensive work from the team. Thank you Joe and all (Erjon, towards the end of the deal) for your friendly, efficient and considerate style.

If you want your house sold quickly at the best possible price, go to Dexter's! From my very first interaction some years ago with Jodie until I was finally ready to sell and met Will, I knew these guys would get things done. When I finally agreed to put my house on the market 'team Dexters' went forth like warriors to get it done! Excellent Property Management Service

I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. I had raised few issues with my rental flat, Carl Tettey was extremely helpful and followed up with me on a weekly basis and provided update and assured me all issues will be resolved. We have been with Dextors for a few years since they took over Douglas Martin's and to be honest, initially it was very difficult as there didn't appear to be clear lines of communication, with various names being involved.However more recently, Monika has been front and centre for all of our enquiries, complaints and coounication in general and things have improved greatly.I look forward to hopefully giving 5 stars this time next year.

First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.

I really like the fact that she has always consulted me quickly about any problems that arise in a calm and professional manner, as well as making sure I get reasonably priced quotes for work that needs doing. Absolutely useless team of managing…

Absolutely useless team of managing agents. Always take forever to reply to your emails/calls. Constantly making out everything is our fault. We had a 20 year old bath in our flat, a small crack appeared and when we reported it, they said we were liable to buy a new one. Thankfully I know my rights and this constitutes ‘fair wear and tear’. However, they dug their heels in and it took over a month for them to replace it, at one point they suggested we go 50/50.
