I received a letter from Bigmove about a client interested in my flat and being sceptical and getting many letters a day I didn’t contact Bigmove as I was happy with my previous estate agency who were a big brand name. After a long period of no offers, I decided to contact Bigmove and Nicolo the letting agent was really helpful, available all times of the day, professional and he cared about me, my property and all the possible tenants during the viewing. I let my property in 2 days using their marketing strategy and got above the previous agency valuation. Thank you Nicolo and Bigmove.

When we first viewed the flat (which is now our home) we met Aaron who was the estate agent responsible for selling the property. As first time buyers, the whole process of making a decision was daunting and then the conveyancing process too. However, Aaron made the process easier, he was great with negotiation, was always at hand to answer questions with quick responses, and was always available for our multiple visits to the property during the conveyancing process. Another detail was how Aaron conducted himself, very professional, and straight talking with honest and trustworthy communication. I have just sold my flat with Aaron at bigmove. Aaron was very professional and was recommended by a friend who sold through them too. They were the highest of valuations i received so was sceptical but sold it via an open day and achieved in the middle of the guide price, which was the target. We used Aaron's solicitor for the sale and although things were busy he often ensured we got a quick response. There were 7 parts of my chain and Aaron put me at ease throughout. I have already got friends to use them ( sold already) and they have had a similar experience so far. Will be using them when i sell my next home.

Aaron was probably the 8th agent we turned to with our exceptional house that was not really attracting the right buyers through agents that promised a lot but delivered little. Aaron sold the house within a week and when the buyer changed their mind 10days later, Aaron sold it again within a week. The second one worked and despite being caught out by COVID and by the new cladding certification issues, we are happy to have sold and our buyer is happy too - so much so we made friends. Aaron supported at every step, gave excellent advice, was fair, kind, understanding, informative and worth every penny... I cannot say enough good things. And it's all for real. I wish he covered the area I am now in as I would 100% go to him again and have recommended him to close friends. A brilliant experience
