GoogleGood service by Claire Oki and her lettings team (Aaron and James). Collectively, they were able to get me two offers in two days and Claire diligently followed up with the contract work. They were also willing to go the extra mile, in assisting with a furniture delivery on the first day of the new tenancy, to smooth the settling in process for the new tenants. Thanks.

FacebookThe slogan of this agency is «build on trust and transparency » and it was the case.The agent has been hard working, efficient and we would not have sold our flat without him. The market is tough but he made the whole thing seem easy and straightforward and was always availble to help. We would thoroughly recommend him either for buying or selling.

I looked at a few agencies but Atkinson Mcleod was the ones that found me tenants first at the rent I wanted. They kept me informed and the whole experience was easy and I was really pleased overall. Great customer service, will use again.

They did not try to push, allowed me to see the place a couple of times and have continued to be supportive now I am in the place. Great service.

GoogleVery unprofessional, they come for viewings without giving us notice. They touched our stuff put clean towels in dirty water and dirty stuff on our clean face towels. They moved our stuff around even though we asked them nicely 4 times to give us notice before they come they think our house is the local coffee shop. Very unprofessional

FacebookHorrible experience. I called to arrange house viewing and spent 1.5 hours to travel to the location. Staff forgot the key and simply told me to go home and come back tomorrow. No apology whatsoever. 2 staffs told me it’s not their fault and that it’s human error. Anything can happen. Very pathetic. Not professional at all.

GoogleVery much regret using this agency. Would not use again knowing what I know now - just too dishonest when dealing with myself. A lot of verbal communication that becomes meaningless.
