Dear Mr Nunez, thank you for being our tenant for two years between 2019-2021. During this time, you renewed your agreement multiple times. One during the pandemic, where you got a significant reduction in your rent due to your request, which concurred with the market rate at the time. However, once the market recovered from the pandemic and your agreement ran out, we were happy to renew your contract for the original pre-pandemic price. Unfortunately, you were not satisfied with this. Since then, you moved out and received your full deposit within 5 working days, as you left the property in good condition. We wish you the very best in the future and hope you understand the reasoning.
