GoogleI stayed at Aldgate east via this agency. I would say this is one of the genuine and professional agency I came across do far. They are pretty transparent on their contract and doesn't deduct any hidden charges. Ahmed who is working for this agency, helped me find a house as I vacating before the contract expiry.

Used this company through spare room and I cannot recommend them enough. They were incredibly helpful and transparent through the whole process. They try to group tenants with similar interests which leads to a very nice housing situation as you all get on well. The individual I was in contact with always went out of his way to ensure I fully understand everything and would would always have time for you. I’ll be sure to use them again!

1 St Property is a very reliable agency. We had a very good experience renting one of their properties in Bethnal Green. They were always happy to help if there was an issue in the property and were very fast at solving every problem, from painting the walls to replacing the boiler. Everything in the same week which is something very rare to find in London, at least according to my experience. Thank you guys

Dear Mr Hussain, Thank you for your review and apologies for the late response, we have investigated this matter. We are sorry you feel this way and your experience was not as we hoped it would have been for all our prospective tenants. We understand your frustration. However, as you were unable to view the property in person (which we strongly advise all prospective tenants to do) , this is so you get a feel of the property and if it is right for you. You requested a video to be sent to you as you live 4 hours away from the property. This video was sent and you were happy to continue on this basis. We inform all prospective tenants that once you reserve the room and the holding deposit is paid this is non refundable which you were happy to do at the time. When you informed us that you no longer wanted the room, we were happy to reimburse you the amount you had paid minus the holding deposit which you accepted at the time, as you no longer wanted the room even when we were willing to rectify the issues. We can only apologise that your experience was not better and wish you all the best.
