TrustpilotRude employees
Rude employees. I terminated my contract with FPT on the 10th of January because I had to relocate, I was told I will forfeit my deposit. I accepted that but now I noticed that I was charged for February because they are saying I gave late notice..my contract said I will forfeit deposit not charged for a month when I'm not staying at the residence.Angelique is so rude and gives one word answers on the emails

GoogleHave used 1st property twice for almost 2 years, would use again if i needed somewhere to stay. Have used other agencies in the tower hamlets area, 1st property definetly comes on top. A fast and easy process to move in after viewing. Pricing is great value for money, you will definitely get what you pay for. I twice had a very large room at two convenient locations. Other tenants were on both occasions friendly and respectful professionals or students that often kept the property clean and tidy. Customer service is the best ever thanks to great communication. The agent (ahmed) was always available to answer questions and queries even outside office hours. Any repairs or issues were dealt with faster than any other agency ive used. Overall a great experience, highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI found this agency through spare rooms and could not recommend it highly enough. I had a hard time finding somewhere to live in London as an ex-pat moving from Australia. Ahmed made the process incredibly easy and comfortable - He found me a room and had all the approvals done before my arrival. Great experience and a great guy - Thanks, Ahmed! Tom

Google1 St Property is a very reliable agency. We had a very good experience renting one of their properties in Bethnal Green. They were always happy to help if there was an issue in the property and were very fast at solving every problem, from painting the walls to replacing the boiler. Everything in the same week which is something very rare to find in London, at least according to my experience. Thank you guys .
Thank you Triantafyllos for your positive review.
