GoogleHighly recommended! We have sold two properties through F&C Rutland in the last 6 years, most recently in spring 2024. On both occasions their service was impressive. F&C know the market, are well connected, and are energetically proactive. As a result, there are fewer viewings by time-wasters, more viewings by genuine potential buyers, and the reassuring knowledge that you'll achieve a sale at the the property's full value. They're the best!

GoogleOnce our sale was agreed we had nothing but the best responsive service from Ildi at Fine and Country. Whilst on the flip side, many other companies were putting a huge amount of blame onto the current pandemic, Ildi - whether she thought it or not! - never quoted the pandemic as an excuse for anything. In fact she turned it on its head and put extra effort into absolutely everything.

GoogleManning Stainton found tenants for our house. Everyone we dealt with at the company was efficient and helpful. Pippa had overall responsibility and was professional, communicative and helpful throughout the process. I had every confidence in her advice. In the past I have said that letting agents 'are all the same' but Manning Stainton and Pippa in particular have proved me wrong. We would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

GoogleAs a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
