GoogleJan at Rutland, Stamford & South Lincolnshire Fine and Country was a committed, considerate and totally professional partner in the sale of our property. What he achieved for us as the sellers, and I believe for the buyers, was exemplary, and we're terribly grateful. The sale went through in the most difficult of circumstances, and was achieved largely by his efforts and wholly under his guidance and very personal care. We can't thank him, or recommend him, enough.

GoogleWe had a great experience viewing a property in Long Sutton with Molly - she was responsive and professional booking us in for the viewing at very short notice, and gave us a thorough tour and all the details we needed to know about the property, which was stunning. GoogleWe bought our dream home with Fine & Country, everyone in the office were so helpful and accommodating, although the vendors had a tight schedule and we were up in the county visiting for a short time and had only an hour or so to book viewings, Molly worked very hard to accommodate us, and we ended up very happy with everything they did for us

From the moment they turned up to value the house, to accepting the offer from the buyer, both Matthew and Rhiannon were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. They were always on hand when we had any queries or needed reassurance and I know they were just as helpful with our buyers. GoogleManning Stainton sold our house and I have to say we Were really impressed with the service and commitment of all staff within Branch. Nothing was too much trouble even when we hit problems with the sale they couldn’t have done more to make sure the stress was taken off us as much as possible. A special thank you to Pippa in branch for all her help and commitment. And Also to carol our dedicated move manager who was absolutely amazing from start to finish chasing everything and going above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed to completion ,also sorting out all communication within the chain. ( and keeping ourselves updated in regards to this ) I would Definitely recommend Maning Stainton and would definitely use again. Thank you to everyone at Maning Stainton involved with our sale . 👍👍
