GoogleLast year I made the mistake of using an on line Estate Agent thinking it would be cheaper. A big mistake! After a stressfull year, I did sell my house but the sale, through no fault of my own, fell through, this happened twice!! This year I decided to try again using a 'proper' Estate Agent!! I decided to use Manning Stainton. Matthew, Laura & the team at the Guiseley branch have restored my faith in Estate Agents. From the start they were caring, considerate, with a lot of knowledge & advice. They updated me with feedback on the viewings straight away & were there to help & advise me at every stage of the process. My house sold in days & at over the asking price & it was completely painless!! My one regret is that I didn't use you last year!! Thank you to all the wonderful team at Guiseley.
