Ive been dealing with Briony ,unfortunately i didnt get the chance to meet her as its been over the phone ,but what a delightful young lady she seems , very helpful, very knowledgeable ,nothing to much trouble no matter how big or small Seems a very genuine, kind young lady and cant fault her at her job at all She put my mind at ease knowing its a stressful time So thankyou Briony for all your work Paula

GoogleWe had a viewing that ended up being a bulk viewing on Sunday with the lovely Mel. She was very helpful, informative and any questions she didn't have the answers for she made a note to ask. Despite there being quite a few people looking we didn't lack for her attention or feelings under serviced and she made sure to include everyone around when giving out information.

However, please be assured you were not ignored at any stage, we simply directed you to the correct channel for communication. The surveyor would have been from an external company, not our own, and I’m sorry if you thought we were not helpful. Ben and the Pudsey team.
