I was so impressed with Michael Houlden who handled the negotiation of the sale of my large listed property. He is extremely enthusiastic and friendly and quickly understands the characters of both seller and buyer and handles all situations well. He even worked, if necessary, out of business hours. He ensured anyone to deal with my sale had visited the house before it was launched. Vanessa who undertook the viewings was brilliant as was Chloe in the office who set up appointments and dealt with questions.

This agents refuse to take me off their database, they keep sending me information on available listing like every day. this pollutes my mailbox and frustrates me, I had written to them many time to stop and used UNSUBSCRIBE feature nothing works so far. I just like to share this so others are aware.

It has been a pleasure working with the Winchester office to sell our house. Each member of the team works well together and despite it being a very busy period, they never seemed too busy to find time for a discussion. They began by giving us a realistic expectation of how the process would work and what price we should expect. When we put the house on the market they did all the hard work and kept us fully informed at each step. I have recommended then to friends as hard working, straightforward, fair and fun to work with.

We recently brought a house through Strutt and Parker. All I can say is they have been amazing from start to finish. Belinda at the Cambridge branch helped us from the minute she showed us around our home , until after we exchanged. She was incredible at advising us on what we needed to do, liaising with the buyers, dealing with solicitors and getting so many answers for our questions. She always responded to emails in a timely manner and was so wonderfully kind. We can not thank her enough. If I was selling my house she is exactly the person you would want to deal with.

We were in the fortunate position of selling our house through Strutt and Parker in Winchester and buying through Strutt and Parker in Salisbury. Which allowed for fantastic communication through a time that could have been difficult. Fiona in the Salisbury office was fantastic and managed to balance the need of the vendors along with our needs to buy the house. She was bright, friendly and helpful at all times. Patrick in the Winchester office, along with the rest of his team, worked above and beyond to get our house moving through these strange Covid times. It was always good to see a member of the team for the viewings. I can’t not rate our experience with Strutt and Parker highly enough.

GoogleWe have just gone through a house move which lets just say was not as simple as anyone had hoped, but it was kept on track by the excellent team at Strutt and Parker in Guildford. The process we encountered on our sale was complex, and the relationship with our seller was managed exceptionally well by Jackie - who quite frankly kept the dream alive, and us heading into the house we had dreamed of for our family for the next 20 or 30 years. Lets just say that in comparison to our own estate agency experience on selling - it was night and day. We took a risk by selling our house with a ten weeks completion date in which to find a rental in which to live in the Cotswolds. The market for rental was totally overheated. almost no properties were available. Some agents were very offhand in dealing with us. We were fortunate that a property marketed by Strutt and Parker Banbury became available and their agent actively contacted us in response to our previous enquiry. Through their careful negotiation it was possible to agree terms to change from a furnished let to our being able to take out the furniture and install our own. The property had not been well treated, but the agent arranged that it was spruced up and cleaned before our arrival. The whole process involved considerable work on behalf of the agent without which it would not have been successful. We enjoyed a very personal experience which made our move possible and we can thoroughly recommend S & P's service..

Strutt and Parker Salisbury (Sarah Cull) has been a delight to work with. The process of buying a house can be painful, but Sarah’s charming professionalism, patience, honesty, tenacity, kindness and extraordinary diplomatic negotiating skills, sets herself and Strutt and Parker way ahead of the other estate agents in the area (we had dealings with most of them.) I could not recommend her , and the office more, including Carola and Fiona. A class of their own. Thank you so much.

The sale of our house was handled by Marcus Browne in the Winchester office. The whole sale process was expertly managed by Marcus and the service provided by Strutt & Parker was excellent throughout. The sale was very complicated but Marcus handled the whole process with professionalism and true commitment. I changed my estate agent to Strutt & Parker a few months ago because the previous agent was singularly inadequate with no results in sight - not so with Strutt & Parker and Marcus Browne.

They were a property managing agency for my previous flat (London, Chelsea branch). Nothing was ever done on time - to have anything fixed or replaced took absolute ages, then i moved out 6 weeks ago and they still haven’t returned my deposit. Choose another agency if you can

Brilliant service both buying and selling our properties. Very fast at getting the property on the market and sold within a week! Nothing was ever too much trouble, from the numerous questions raised and answers found in a timely manner. I am sure these were often dealt with in the staff free time as well. We dealt mainly with one member of staff which made it more personal and effective She was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic throughout and you really felt she had your back and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!

The Strutt and Parker team in Exeter led by Ollie have just sold our farm house, a range of stone barns and our Q barn.It started by two visits by the team discussing how to go about the sale and how to divide the property up.We then put it on the market and left them to sort all the problems out.What a fantastic decision that was, It was a difficult property to market but they made it look easy, we even had discussions with them well outside office hours.A big thank you to the whole team, we would not only use them again we have also recommended them to friends.First class service.

The Lewes branch advertised our house, no feedback at all from viewings, no contact from office despite chasing, messed up appointments and days lost waiting for EPC, totally unprofessional, due to our grievances they had to admit their failures, avoid using at all cost.
