GoogleWe originally purchased our property 25 years ago through Seymours and have just sold it using them. Because of uniqueness of the property and the lockdown it took sometime for the property to sell but they did persevere and we were more than happy with the final outcome. Our hot water was never on, the member of staff handling our property was always changing due to turnover, our notice to leave was extended because they lost the email and frankly just dreadful service. You would be better off living in a tent than with a property handled by Seymour’s.

I had a great service from Seymours, I needed to sell my house quickly to secure a purchase. They had my house on the market the next day and had no trouble finding a buyer. Would highly recommend.
We have a saying. "We don't sell houses, we move people". Having a database of buyers shared across our 20 offices as well as our access to the London market through The Guild of Property Professionals enables us to locate buyers quickly, and not just any old buyers, but the right buyers that have a genuine interest.
