GoogleSeymours sold my Flat in Guildford, they provided an excellent service, I was with another local agent but moved to Seymours who completed the sale. They were very responsive and supportive during the process. They assigned a key contact Clive Gee to ensure the sale process kept moving, this was an excellent service! I would definitely recommend them!

GoogleOk, not great. They sold my 1 bed flat, but initially over-valued it and I felt pressured to complete at end. The contract was also signed in shop, without being informed of waivering cooling off period. And they initially billed the upper tier fee, despite sale below agreed threshold.

The property market has been buoyant over the last 12 months or so, but there are areas of the market that have been effected by supply and demand, especially in the FTB and Investment sector which can effect values quite quickly. GoogleThe service provided by Seymours was generally very good especially in view of the difficulties presented by the latest 3-month lockdown. They responded promptly to enquiries and were friendly and professional throughout. Our only issue would be with the valuation price that seemed strangely at odds with the final selling price; this was unexpected and therefore disappointing.
