Bad from start to finish. We were tenants in a property they rented out. Annual charges of £117.50, rude and patronising service, random charges out of nowhere.Unfortunately, tenants don't really have a choice in who they use. But landlords do, and I implore all landlords to use someone else.

Romans property management has been efficient, responsive and well organised. The manager Mark Smith who handles my property is efficient and professional.
