Please heed the advice from every other tenant that has left a review for Romans and avoid them at all costs. They are incredibly unprofessional and operate on the edges of legality. They haven’t a clue what they are doing, treat all tenants as if they are criminals, are aggressive, downright rude and if we never have to do business with them again it will be too soon. Please, you don’t need this stress in your life.

We are looking to buy a house in Maidenhead - have looked at well over 20 properties, and have found Romans to be one of the best. They are on time (which apparently is not a given!). Davina Dobe, who has been showing us around, is friendly, not at all pushy, but enthusiastic and knowledgeable. And she really got us - and so knew just what to show us next. So have been really impressed.

Giving us lots of information and always going above and beyond to give us feedback on every viewing from our property. They will try to take your money. dont take no deposit option, we had a end of tenancy professionally cleaned and they still charged us £400 for their cleaning without providing any evidence. Absolute scam!
