My partner and I have recently moved in to a property with the help of Amanda from Romans and she couldn’t have made the process any easier for us. Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup towards the end where Romans weren’t at fault, yet she swiftly sorted the issue for us. Any questions we had, she was there to answer straight away and there wasn’t a moment where we were left in the dark at all. Her frequent communication with us was so so helpful seeing as this was the first time we had moved out and she made it feel easy. If you’re going to rent through Romans, definitely ask for Amanda! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely unbelievable experience from Romans. We were with Tim Russ and had 4 viewings in 4 months (2 of which I did myself) and then we went with Romans. Aduel came over and we had a long chat and from what he promised I thought we’d go with them. He got people through the door, end of. We had plenty of viewings and within 4 months we are exchanged and completed. FANTASTIC communication, always willing to have a chat or come to our house to speak about things and when the offer came in they kept us up to date with every single step of the process. 1000% recommended if you really want to sell your house. We do not recommend Romans as letting agents. There are so many 'add on' fees and charges. It was impossible to speak to anyone, who could help us. It took six months, after our tenants had moved out, to receive reimbursement for the damages caused to our property. We would not use Romans, to let out our property, again.

Bracknell branch Absolutely shocking attitude towards my daughter. Discrimination because she's on universal credit. Had a guarantor the landlord accepted her for the property but the financial reference at Romans said no. They cause upset and stress totally unprofessional. My son in law had same experience in Ashford Surrey . Stay well away from Romans they are liars and make it up as they go along we are now seeking advice against them

This is my first experience renting privately, I was shown the property by Amy and my offer and subsequent application process was handled by them, Saffron, and Muskan. I was made to feel extremely at ease asking any and all questions (no matter how small!) and was at no point made to feel like a bother, something that I found highly reassuring due to being someone with anxiety. I was assigned Jaymie Cobb as my property manager, and they have been extremely prompt in replies to any teething issues since moving in, alongside taking the time to call me personally on my move in day to make sure I knew who they were and how to get hold of them should I need too. I'm very happy with the level of service I've received, and the effort the staff I've worked with has put into ensuring everything goes smoothly and to ease any anxiety has really shown. The manager - Matt White had kept in close contact with us and made some suggestions about the new marketing plan. Within a few days his team had arranged three viewings, on the same day and we received two offers a few days later! After accepting an offer, the sales process was managed by their Move Manager who has been in regular contact and facilitated all parties, to ensure a smooth contract exchange.
