GoogleWe have been letting our house since 1992 with Leaders (and the various agencies who came before them!) The experience of the last 30 years has been mixed, but since Sophie took responsibility we have enjoyed the best service in that time with issues being addressed quickly and rigorously.

GoogleBooked a viewing and the representative was clearly not interested. She made no effort whatsoever to help with the discrepancies in the terms and conditions. Felt really let down and left disappointed. In the end, I took my business elsewhere and the customer service and professionalism I received was miles better than what I was offered here.

I have had multiple issues with various departments at leaders but after being put in touch with Adeel he sorted my issue within minutes. Credit control ignored me for 3 days but Adeel sorted it. These 5 stars are for him, not for the branch.

GoogleThe worst agency in England. Avoid at all costs. They pressure you into unreasonable agreements and once you do they ignore every request when the property is in an inhabitable standard. Scummy agency, save yourself and look elsewhere.
