GoogleAvoid, terrible from the viewings onwards. Was always a pain dealing with our big or small maintenance issues which all needed to be chased up. Left the property immaculate after leaving but took over two months for the full deposit to be repaid. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional in communicating with us. Don’t Let with them or let them manage your rental properties.

This company will enter into contracts on your behalf and incur fees without telling you and then telling you that their contract covers it AVOID. Not reliable or trustworthy when dealing in important dealings.
Its important Adam you read the contract before you sign it. That is why everyone has contracts so there is no misunderstanding. My Advise is to read any Contracts and make sure you understand them before signing them to Avoid any disagreement.

GoogleAbsolutely do not work with Guildford Estate Agents. Cannot comprehend how incompetent and unconcerned they are regrading the constant problems with the rented property. Ignored five emails sent and still without response. Utterly useless organisation. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Dishonest, unprofessional and full of false promises. Cancelled my property booking a week after receiving a deposit, without any notice, probably to give the property to someone who'd pay a higher rent, although I was never told why - despicable behaviour!
Dear Mr Neto and Mrs Rodrigues It was a shame you did not get the property the Landlord marketed with us. We all can understand you are very disappointed that the Landlord went with more suitable tenant for his highly desirable property. I hope you and your family found yourself another property. If we get another property that meets your requirements then we will be in touch like we said.

Very unprofessional, they wast your time changing the appointment all the time. Lake of communication. when they manage to come to the property they arrive late or don’t bring the keys.
Dear Uedre I am sorry this has happened, I totally understand it is very poor if someone is late for an appointment or not even turn up. We get this every week. We are very sorry we have been late on this occasion and this would only been down to the previous viewing been late and putting us behind. Also some tenants confirmed the would be IN to let us into the property but then decide not to show up. Again we can only apologise and appreciate your patience.

GoogleThis agent provides no help and support to the tenants and has no shame for it. They make false promises on the contract, never replay to any emails, never support and when you call, they always say they need to check and get back to you but never do. such a scam.

Facebookabsolute worst people in the world. put me through hell for 7 months of renting with them. would NOT recommend at all!! customer service is abismal, don’t know what they’re talking about half the time, misled me information on a property and now completely ruined any chances of me finding a new property.
