GoogleThey took 6 months to get everything in the house fixed, even though they said they'd only take a week since we moved in. They also took ages to get the paperwork done for a change of occupancy, meaning that we had to pay an extra month for an empty room, even though we had a new tenant. I am really disappointed with their house management service.

It was quite a stressful process due to issues further down the chain but we could 100% rely on James to follow up and get things moving. He was extremely helpful and communicative and gave us the confidence that everything was being taken care of.

GoogleComplete and utter incompetence, 6 months they took to get fixtures in the house, which should have been dealt with before we moved in, I seriously think that foxtons employees are the ones that write the reviews, as I know many other people who have had similar experiences with them. Really not impressed by them and I would not recommend their services to anyone
