If you’re selling your home, these are the ONLY people you need to go to. From the very first day, they’ve been absolutely fantastic. My house went on the market last Friday, and by Wednesday it was sold .... sold in just 4 days! Today I’ve got the SOLD sign outside, and it still feels surreal. They took care of absolutely everything every single viewing, constant updates through a WhatsApp group, and nothing was ever too much trouble. When they came to take the photos, Luc (the photographer) was just lovely such a kind, genuine guy who took beautiful pictures of the house, then came back to do stunning drone shots. You honestly have the best photographer ever on your team! Damien, Suzy, Sian, and Daryl have gone above and beyond in every way. We carefully researched the estate agents in the Guildford area and we are very pleased that we chose Lucy and Ryan to sell our property. They were extremely effective and professional from the moment we contacted them . Preparing the house for the photos and showing was really quite enjoyable with their support. However the one thing that really stood out was their personal service with the commitment they had to give it their all. Ryan has guided us through the house in both viewings and has always been friendly, enthusiastic and ready to answer all our questions. Lucy has been there for us throughout the process from arranging our initial viewing to completion and never took her longer than 5 minutes to reply to our enquiries (even on a Sunday!). I have nothing but good words to say about our experience with EweMove so far. A very professional outfit, yet friendly and welcoming and Ryan couldn't do enough to help us, despite us not yet being in contract with them! We were looking to start our moving process in January but requested a viewing of a house we stumbled across that was in an almost prefect location for us. We told EweMove up front that the house was a little out of budget and weren't quite in a position to move - but yet Ryan still gave his time for us to view the house so we could gain experience - which is not what we were expecting! They have freely given great advice about moving and selling our property and offered us a very competitive and favourable contract which I think will be hard beaten (though have yet to research other agents fully).

Ryan and Lucy were brilliant throughout the process of me putting my flat on the rental market for the first time. They truly have a very transparent approach, and made every effort to make sure they communicated with me at every stage. They always consulted me before any action was put in place. It was very refreshing to have very knowledgeable, thorough and organised estate agents, who did not put any pressure on me or use manipulative sales tactics. They were simply invested in finding me the best possible tenant and managed to secure exactly this in just 5 days! There were a lot of viewing requests, but Ryan and Lucy always checked in with me, and made sure these were timed so that there would be minimal disruption to me. Whether you’re buying, selling, or renting, I would highly recommend EweMove Guildford. I recently relocated from London and was quite anxious about the move, but in the initial stages of working with Lucy and Ryan I started to feel a lot more confident.
