EweMove Hawkinge I can definitely say have been the best estate agent we have ever used. Having moved 8 times now I can say that Daryl and Sian were the most helpful, professional and trustworthy agents we have come across. Nothing was too much trouble and despite all our hiccups and hold ups along the way they did their utmost to help ensure issues were resolved promptly. They kept us regularly updated with progress and explained everything in the best detail possible. Believe me, we have been through the most traumatic of moves but they both always made us feel confident that success was around the corner. I can’t recommend Ewemove Guildford highly enough. As it was my first time selling a property there were a lot of unknowns, but Lucy and Ryan made the process as stress-free as possible, going above and beyond at every stage of the process. Lucy and Ryan have a great deal of knowledge and expertise about the local market and this really showed throughout. Everything was handled with a great deal of professionalism and care, from the excellent listing photos which really showed the house at its best, to the viewings that were arranged with clear communication, flexibility, and helpful feedback. Lucy and Ryan have made the whole process of selling our house stress free. They have excellent communication throughout, with us, our buyers and solicitors. They were professional, personable and knowledgeable about the market, our area and the selling process. The viewings were held on both a Saturday and Sunday which meant we were able to have second viewings the same weekend. The photos that Lucy took were to a very high standard and they took time to understand the home they were selling. I cannot give Ewe Move less than 5 stars but I wish I could give them more! Ewe Move are the only reason we’ve completed on our purchase. They went above and beyond chasing lawyers on both sides and coordinating everything so that we had a hope of completing. What should have been a slam dunk (neither side had a chain and both the vendors and ourselves as buyers were desperate complete) ended up being a tumultuous process of lawyers not talking to each other or us. Despite incredibly challenging and unforeseen circumstances (including one of the vendor’s having a medical emergency), the team at Ewe Move went above and beyond to keep us informed and chase everyone so that we could complete.

What can I say except 5 stars for Damian and Daryl. Estate agents get a bad rap don’t they but my recent experience was the complete opposite with Ewe Move. What stood out was that they were involved in the selling of my house but got involved and helped me when I was having difficulties progressing with that house I was buying. They didn’t have to go to the lengths they did and as a single person buying a house I felt supported during what was a fairly stressful time. We’d like to say a huge thank you to Ewemove Hawkinge. A family member recommended Damien Guest to us as he’d heard good reports. Over the last few years we have had dealings with other estate agents, all of them have been a huge disappointment.
