If you are looking to sell your house in the Folkestone and Surrounding areas, I would 100% recommend EWEMOVE in Hawkinge. It is no coincidence that everywhere you look in Hawkinge you see Ewemove signs everywhere. Damien has a fantastic team of down-to-earth people that help you every step of the way and are very responsive to any questions that you may have. They have a modern approach to this by forming a WhatsApp group which made communication between all parties effective. If however you struggle to use technology, they are very professional and can keep you up to date in other ways. Having been approached by several Estate agents, Ewemove stood out as they seemed very organised in their sales pitch, Damien produced a list of potential buyers that had been looking to move into the area but hadn’t found the right fit. Knowing their needs, he was able to call up the right people to view our house where the house was a perfect match. It should be noted that quite often Estate agents will bring anybody to view a property even if they know that they have no intention of buying it. Ewemove do not do this. They will put your house onto both Zoopla and Right move, whereas others usually go with one or the other. They also have a portal where you can keep track of performance with viewings booked, and how many times the house has been searched. Our house was put up for sale on the 15th of December; we had a viewing the next day. After a few viewings and a Christmas period where the office was closed, we sold on the 10th of January, just under 4 weeks in total. We’d like to thank Ewemove Hawkinge for all their hard work, and by selling our house so quickly has enabled us to land our dream home. Wen would also recommend using the solicitors that they are linked with, as they are also very hard working and responsive.

Cannot thank Ryan and Lucy enough for helping us secure our first home. Thanks to their professionalism and outgoing assistance we were able to view, offer and complete within just 3 weeks! Ryan was great right from the start. He was super helpful in advice before marketing. He was enthusiastic about finding a buyer. Lucy supported with all the admin and was very professional throughout. Their fees are slightly lower than other agents but this doesn’t mean you get less of a service. I have dealt with high street agents and did not rate them at all. Would not hesitate to recommend Ewemove as I felt they were so focused on our property and got the sale over the line. I can't recommend Damien at Ewemove highly enough. He made viewing properties an enjoyable and comfortable experience tailoring the viewings in response to our needs and personalities rather than leading us on a sales pitch around rooms as house viewings so often are. He really let the feel of the property shine through rather than barraging us with too much information , but he certainly knows all the information!. I got the feeling he knew what questions ii would want to ask Communication and logistics through the purchase have been impeccable and if I was to ever move I'd certainly ask him to list as I have been ever so impressed. Damien and his team did an amazing job with a difficult brief. We were relocating to Gloucestershire but only if our house sold and went through before the new school year starts. Damien was undeterred and in spite of the most difficult housing market in decades, secured cash buyers. They unfortunately let us down right at the last minute but Damien re-engaged another cash buyer who was previously interested and did a whole new deal from start to finish in less than a month. Ryan and Lucy have been absolutely incredible estate agents, from when they first came to offer some advise 2 years ago and value the house to when we eventually decided was the right time to buy. Together as a team they make you feel valued as a client and will answer the phone or emails all throughout the day (and late into night) there professionalism throughout the process and help they offer from how to prepare the house, coming to take photos and throughout the process is second to none! They add that personal touch and will go out there way to help with questions, chasing solicitors, putting on the pressure with other estate agents and just being on the phone to rant to if something isnt going the way you thought it should with the conveyancing process. I am so glad we went with them as they make you feel like you are there only customer and will do everything they can to help. If you have a house sale or letting coming up I would 100% recommend them.
