All issues are completed in a timely manner and whoever is helping is always professional and understanding of the users concerns and priorities. FacebookI initially gave them one star as my husband and myself had not very pleasant experience with a couple of agents in their Kingston office (still left my initial comment at the end). However, they tried to make it right after we made an official complain to the director and our landlord. So I thought they deserve to get reviewed again after all the hard works they've made to resolve our problems. Michael, their Group Managing Director, is very genuine and trustworthy. He visited our place to investigate the issues all by himself and logged everything in details then he put all in action straight away. We were appointed with 2 new agents to look after our issues and they were very helpful and fairly fast in responses. It still took a couple of months to get most of things sorted but that was just because of the bookings with technicians. They were great with follow-ups and fast responses through out the whole process and we are very happy with our place now. I want to say special thanks to Michael for being very kind, genuine and supportive. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Initial review:Utterly disappointed with their service. They don't even deserve one star. The worst agent we've ever dealt with. Recently rented a flat through this agent in Kingston area but had to chase them up for over 2 months for a few issues as soon as we moved in but no one seems to care once they got the money. And there is no such contact/email details for official complain whatsoever on their website or anywhere. How sneaky. Hundreds of calls and emails. Lies after lies then no response. This is totally mis-selling. Maintenance promises on their contract is purely just a lie. Don't trust this agent. Avoid if you don't want to get tons of stress and ruin your new life plan.

GoogleAs others have said, I cannot input my bank details due to some sort of error on Verify's side. I have emailed their support team four times yet I only receive an automated message telling me they've received my complaint and will get back to me. Furthermore, I need to get my information on this app so I can move forward with buying a house. So this app is wasting my time, the seller's time and lawyer's time. I will not use any company that use this app again in the future. Sloppy, embarassing work from this app, and embarassing for all the companies insisting on using it.

GooglePrompt replies to all emails. Details of properties matching our requirements sent quickly and regularly. I always felt if I needed help or information this would be quickly available. The details of properties were clearly presented and easy to view. The service was better than many of your competitors! I am continuing to use your other branches to find our ideal property but we have reluctantly decided Guildford is too far from central London to commute regularly.
