I didn't think I'd be writing a review for a letting agent, such have been my previous experiences, but these guys are different. They do what they say, and the follow up too. They also help with timely and cost effective solutions to the issues that arise with rented property. They always seek approval from the landlord, and have an attention to detail that I have not found with any other agent. Keep up the good work Belvoir.

The team at Belvoir have been really good about handling communications from my tenant and keeping everyone on the same page. I like that they do a quarterly house inspection and the few minor repairs that the tenant requested have been sorted by their handyman in a timely manner and reasonable cost. Professional and courteous spring to mind when I think of my dealings with them. I'm very pleased.

GoogleAbsolutely awful service, if you require a Lettings agents who take weeks to get back in contact, lazy and very over priced then here you are! I would not recommend their service.
The vast majority of tenants understand that a property will require remedial maintenance at some stage during a tenancy, and specialist maintenance contractors are often unable to attend a property until the landlord authorises the work or parts are ordered and received. We have a duty of care to both landlord and tenant to ensure a maintenance query is responded to quickly and promptly wherever possible, and take this very seriously. If for any reason we have failed to keep you updated, I would like to know further details to ensure systems are robust so it does not happen again. Please email Guildford@belvoir.co.uk. With regards our prices, as we inherited your tenancy and property from another agent, our records show you have never paid any fees to us. Any tenant fees are transparent and as per our legal obligation displayed and communicated as required. Any rental amount a tenant pays is agreed prior to the tenancy being granted and a viewing having taken place.
