GoogleProceed with caution. They don't address maintenance issues with rentals when you're a tenant, they have a high turnover of staff and they will extort piece of cash they can from your deposit e.g. charging for existing damage to the property. If you rent a property through this agent, take photos of everything and don't take anything for granted. I've never experienced estate agents quite like this before.NegativeProfessionalism

I am aware that an independent dispute resolution decided in our client's favour regarding your deposit for the damage present at the end of your tenancy and appreciate that must be upsetting. If you have a formal complaint please do address it to us as per our complaints procedure and I can assure you it will be dealt with as per correct procedures too.

The agency requested to cut a second key for the property, when they returned the original they sent it back through the post in inadequate packaging. So yes it never arrived! just a broken envelope.
Asked several times for them to cut a new one, still waiting lots of promises still no Key.
Need key urgently to be told by agent not his fault key was lost ??? Doesn't like to be told otherwise can not cope with a heated conversation on the phone acts like a spoilt child and slams phone down. Then won't take calls.
Poor security ethics
No people skills
Simple tasks are too difficult.
Time wasters
And I would advise not trust a property in their hands.

GoogleI really didn’t appreciate the way Glenn spoke down to me in an email regarding a property. I was told that the property was ‘aimed at professionals’ despite me being a postgraduate student and working professional. The property is also listed as student-friendly on Zoopla. The condescending tone made me uncomfortable and reluctant to ever work w this agency in the future. I would not be recommend for anyone looking for a friendly/personable experience.

You have to be extremely careful before getting into any tenancy agreement through them, and if you have to, you must build up your own detailed check-in inventory and condition report, otherwise they will ask for a compensation for every single imperfection that was there before the tenancy agreement.
My advice is to avoid them.

They broke Tenant Fees Act 2019, were rude and unprofessional, our house was unclean with old tenants' belongings left, no kitchen fire door, we weren't given enough keys, rent was extremely high despite no living space, we were promised the shed would be finished to use for a living room but it was not and had live wires hanging around, majority of furniture broken, we were deducted an unfair amount for "cleaning" despite the house being spotless and we had paid for carpets to be cleaned.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
