GoogleLived in property years. Never had issue. Try to move to better myself but also to move away from problem tenant they gave us again but they not help and ignore my emails. I phone ask for update they say someone will call but nobody does.

GoogleThink twice before choosing this agency. Worst service ever possible. Be ready to get parking ticket where you rent , don’t expect to get a permit even if you ask them, after all they’ll blame you.

GoogleSold my house with them recently, Estate Agent Lewis Wilson handled my sale and my house was sold before it officially went up on the market. Lewis did an amazing job and I wouldn't sell a house with anyone else.

GoogleVery bad communication from them, not happy with the treatment I received. They charged unfairly more when giving me back my deposit and they gave 0 flexibility in all my decisitions.

We are a member of the Deposit Protection Scheme. There would only ever be any deduction from deposit for damage and the DPS scheme offer a full mediation service to ensure all decisions are fair. Customer service and the fair treatment of our tenants is very dear to us and we strive every day to get it right.
