GoogleI dont have a bad thing to say, each repair or problem ( not many at all though ) has been solved very quickly, communication has always been very good & the guy that handles our house is amazing fantastic.

GoogleThe house is full of damp from a leaking roof that i reported over 6 months ago, ive needed radiators replacing that i reported over 12 months ago so all winter i had no heating. Despite me emailing every week no one ever answers and on the rate occasion any one answers the phone all they say is theyre looking into it.

GoogleWould give a 0 if I could, complete waste of time, they don't state you need a guarantor all DSS tenants and pets included with rent and deposit increased, avoid this letting agency at all costs, I also agree with everybody else reviews, they don't offer viewings and ask you to watch a video and do application via email, sounds dodgy to me.

GoogleThese weren't shown on the photos or video within a week of moving in it was apparent that it turns out to be damp from dodgy guttering they knew about all along ha you can't even use the shower for water dripping through ceiling phoned numerous times to be told maintenance are dealing with it but never actually come out to property .... Don't use this company

GoogleCurrently renting with Galaxy and have been for 3 years, never had any problems with them at all. Any maintenance work that needs doing is always done within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are always extremely polite, professional, helpful and always go above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone :)
