GoogleI have just started renting a property through Galaxy Letts, so far I have had a brilliant experience. Everything has been dealt with so efficiently. Rhianna who works at the company has made everything so easy and stress free. Every query is resolved quickly. I am a very happy tenant! What a lovely team of people!

GoogleAm with a rented property and any issues I report to Rihanna she is lovely woman very well manned and if she can she gets stright to the issues and she's very patient and calm this helps me as I have austim and adhd she handles each issue if there is one with passion and care I would recommend this lovely lady to anyone thinking of renting definitely easy to work with lovely young lady

Unfortunately you have to rate them at least one star, but if there was an option, I would have rated them 0. As I explicitly say at the beginning of my review, please don’t waste your time and energy with this company. They will treat you horribly and rip you off whilst they’re doing it. Galaxy Letts I am still waiting for an apology for the way you have treated me and my Mother. And incase you haven’t guessed from this review - you messed with the wrong woman.

GoogleRecently starting renting from Galaxy Letts. The application was straightforward to complete. The Staff kept me up to date during the process and the checks was completed very quickly. The house was clean and tidy as advertised. Rihanna was very friendly. Happy with everything so far.

GoogleI rented with Galaxyletts from 2021September - 2024 February and i will say It was a wonderful experience. From the prompt response to maintenance complaints of the property, to the full return of my deposit refund. I hope they stay top-notch at what they are doing. I absolutely recommend Galaxyletts to future renters.

GoogleBeen renting from Galaxy for around 2 years now. House is dirt cheap for the amount of space we have! Only ever had very mild problems with the house and all have been fixed in good time. We have been allowed a pet, we get a yearly check but they just leave us to it! Absolute pleasure renting from Galaxy.

GoogleDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!. It was really difficult dealing with these people. It was so hard to make an appointment to view a property we were interested in. The day before our appointment they sent an email requesting new documents that they didnt tell us about initially. Worst agency I have ever dealt with in my life. The customer service was so poor. Especially someone called Charlotte. She hung up on us TWICE!

Googledont go for galaxy lets we have been in contact over a property for nearly a week now and they have basicly said not to apply for any more of there properties even though we can afford it and we have the money waiting when u go in there office they talk behind ur back but u can hear everythink that is said very disgraceful
