FacebookI have worked with DDM and there Lettings department for over 5 years now. My company does all of the maintenance works over the Grimsby and surrounding areas. We have a great working relationship and would definitely use these guys if I was in the market for a rental property. A friendly and efficient bunch of people.

FacebookI have today completed a purchase with DDM, from the initial enquiry back in November they have all been very informative and helpful. Katie and Natalie providing weekly updates on the stage of the purchase. I would highly recommend then and regret not making my sale through them.

FacebookCan't praise DDM and their staff enough. They were super helpful finding us and our daughter homes during lock down. They are always cheerfully, helpful and professional. They knew just what we wanted and found it. Having been in the house 6 months now, they have continued to provide excellent service liaising between us and the property owners, when we needed work done or wanted to change any. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would strongly recommend them for tenants and landlords alike.

Facebook****AVOID**** 1 star got given because obviously I couldn't give none! I could go on and on as to why DDM are so bad but unfortunately people only take notice once your facing it yourself. (Exactly what I did) So today. My next approach is trying to seek attention this way Because It seems I have probably spoken/emailed everyone at DDM and nobody seems capable of returning my bond to me after 1 month of being out of the property.... Lets see how this goes..

FacebookHow disgusting of you as a professional business. I viewed a property on Lloyds avenue and expressed an interest in living there. Only to be told 7 days after applying that the landlady doesn't want me living there as I have three children?! Surely that's discrimination. This was after me chasing for the last week also. I was told "the landlady can decide who lives there and she doesn't want you as you have three children" I work, I have a well paid job. My children are well behaved. So what on earth is the issue? DDM. You are a terrible, rude, snotty estate agents and I will be warning people off you in the future. You have just spoken to me as if I were a second class citizen. How dare you. You are lucky I am not taking this further. Tell the landlady that she needs to rethink her morals and I find it disgusting of her for refusing a house to someone because she has children. How petulant of her to even suggest such a thing. DDM. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU RETHINK WHICH LANDLORDS YOU GO INTO BUSINESS WITH. SHOCKING!!!!

FacebookWe have just sold our house through DDM and we honestly couldn’t recommend them more. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and always informed us how the house was getting on during both the selling stage and the sold stage. We had constant updates of how the solicitor was getting on from Katie and it was just so reassuring and a really nice touch. We will definitely use you again for next time!

GoogleI would not recommend this company if you are selling your property, the staff are rude sarcastic and completely unprofessional, I made a offer on a property a week ago and they didn't even get back to me, when I called back I was greeted by a completely obnoxious rude person in the grimsby branch, please if you want to sell or rent your property use another company
