I phoned today to book a viewing, I spoke to a girl named Amelia and was outraged by her tone and general lack of knowledge. If they can’t even check that their staff can speak correct English then I have no confidence in this company.

I had a wonderful experience at Mann. I worked mainly with Anne, she was there every step with us as we purchased our first home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I was calling her for updates non stop! Great communication. Would definitely recommend Mann

I gave Mann my details, and so far they've only been sending me properties which are out of my price range. I'm pretty sure they ask you your yearly income so that they can just decide what your budget REALLY is, and it's annoying as hell.

Poor agency... lot of problems with them, they are able to charge you more if you will miss the payment to them, but if you expect eg. Deposit back, then nobody care about it...

Worst ever agency, please do not go there.Not even bother to turn up more for a viewing let along the to call that they did not have the key for the property.
