GoogleExcellent experience renting for 3 years at UR. Renewals and rent reviews were reasonable. Sam did a great job managing our tenancy and despite being hit with some deposit money for damages, I’m satisfied with the end result.

GoogleI got recommend a beautiful flat by Ricardo Rocha who also facilitated my move into that flat along with Loy Vi. They were so helpful and these flats are very beautiful and have all the amenities that people need.

GoogleIf you have an apartment to let in Greenwich Peninsula avoid using this outfit. Pretty clueless ! Paid the maximum for a managed service but no sign of any professional management at all and left me to sort out the problems they should have dealt during the tenancy at the end of it. Avoid at all costs. There are far better agents around

GoogleRecently sold my flat in Lower Eastside with Stuart and he’s been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Knows the Peninsula amazingly well and is great to deal with. He really helped push the sale through the solicitors and definitely went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you!

GoogleI've been in the process of purchasing a property from Greenwich Peninsula for the past couple of months, and the service has been excellent. Hannah P from the sales team who has been my primary contact is world-class and a delight to deal with. Her professionalism combined with just the right level of attentiveness makes an extremely stressful process much more manageable. Manager Stuart who's also been involved in the process is too highly commendable. 100% recommended.

GoogleThe entire rental process was very smooth and efficient. I always received very timely responses, a lot of effective information and enthusiastic help from Antonia and Loy. The apartment is very comfortable to live in. I highly recommend it to everyone.

GoogleI found the on boarding process and communication is very professional and straightforward. No excessive paperwork, forms we're easy to follow and i didn't have to chase for update. The agent Ricardo, was specially exceptional with his reception, during the tour and explaining all the process and kept us updated without chasing him despite all the fight for spaces. He made the experience smooth and pleasant in a stressful time.

GoogleDo not rent with this company. They're incredibly professional on the front-side with a great sales team, and utterly incompetent at repairs, management, and check-out. I'm not sure they got anything right once we'd signed the contract, really quite an achievement.
