From start to finish Conran Charlton were excellent. Michael John was not afraid to be honest in his assessment and was polite, respectful and sensitive. We appreciated that he realised that a house is often not just a house but comes loaded with emotion and memories. Our agent was Abbie and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Abbie is a consummate professional. She dealt with a split ownership with tact, diplomacy and flair. It is very easy to become blasé in a profession and if it is not your profession and you are clueless it can be a short step to feeling stupid for raising concerns. Abbie was consistently polite and a pleasure to deal with, treating every concern no matter how trivial, with utmost respect and in a timely manner. Conran's couldn't have been more helpful in finding a new tenant for the flat I rent out. Abbie was dealing with that, finding me excellent tenants with a first class professional video and tour of the flat, great inter-personal skills and liaison at all stages of completing the process. Then, when there was a completely unexpected series of events with my current tenant Michael John dealt with that with enormous tact, kindness.and generosity. Great local estate agent. The end-to-end process was professional and I would definitely recommend. The listing and photos looked superb, the entire team was super responsive and always available and took an active interest in the key selling points of the property. All viewings were 'COVID' safe and completely handled by Conran. Particular thanks to Aidan who managed the post offer process - I think this is something that the online/hybrid agents just cannot compete with. We never managed to sell our house (as the chain collapsed above us), but when I do come to sell again I will definitely be using Conran.

To call Aidans support with Conran through our property purchase as fantastic would be an understatement. Aidan was with us every step of the way, he provided an incredibly high level of support, made himself available to us when we needed to talk about our purchase, any question big or small and did it all with good humour and authenticity! We have been incredibly impressed with the service provided by Conran, both from the initial meeting with Michael who valued our property to the sales team who sold our property in ONE DAY. They organised a huge number of viewings and achieved asking price. They responded to emails and phone calls regularly and were just a delight to chat with. A massive THANK YOU to Will Roden and his colleagues at Conran, who recently looked after me during the purchase of my new home in Charlton. Will in particular was absolutely amazing at guiding me through what was, at times, a very stressful process. I am so grateful for the extra effort he put in (including chasing up the solicitors on his days off!) to help me complete my purchase before the end of the stamp duty holiday. On the initial viewings (he took me to see several Conran-advertised properties) I was very impressed by his knowledge of the homes he was selling and of the local neighbourhood, and he was able to answer all of my questions quickly and accurately. He was absolutely instrumental at making sure the sale finally completed, as there were quite a few hiccups along the way due to the sellers having issues with the new house they were purchasing. There were definitely many up and downs on the road from initial offer to exchange of contracts, but Will was an absolute delight to work with and always available to reassure me that we would get there in the end. I don’t think I could have asked for a better estate agent! The interactions I had with the other Conran Charlton staff were also very positive, so massive thanks to all of them -- although I have no intention of moving again any time soon, when the time does come then I’ll be seeking out their professional services!  Very best wishes, Yvonne

I cannot thank Michael and Abbie enough for their help and support in selling my flat during the Covid 19 crisis - clearly these are not normal operating conditions and they went above and beyond to help get this over the line. I was out of the country for some of the process and they supported me throughout with letting workmen into the property to complete work required ahead of the sale and coming up with alternative solutions regarding key transfer to ensure that the process could continue despite the lockdown.
