Just exchanged contracts yesterday for the purchase of my first ever property. Kellie Kemp is incredible - extremely attentive and has your back throughout the whole process. It took almost 6 months with tons of very stressful twists and turns but Kellie kept us all sane and was an amazing intermediary between all parties involved. Honestly don’t think we could’ve got it done without her help. She was available around the clock to assist in any way. Phenomenal realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy property in London. Genuine 5/5 for Kellie.

It took us over a year to sell our house. It wasn't Conran's fault - the property was problematic, and the first buyer pulled out in the last moment, and then another one pulled out, too. Conran's team never gave up on us and kept working tirelessly on finding us a new buyer. I've dealt with a few of their colleagues - Michael, Hulya, another lady whose name I forgot. But above all, I would like to mention how absolutely brilliant Kellie was. I couldn't have asked for a better agent - apart from her application to duty, she is kind, empathetic, patient, and altogether a wonderful human being. She was always there for me, to answer any query or if I needed support with something else, and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she has done!

We felt very well looked after, having Kellie and the team at Conran support us as we bought our first property. We were continually updated and Kellie in particular was happy to answer any questions we had, allowing us to feel we were in good hands. Everything was transparent, nothing was hidden from us, and Kellie kept us informed when often the solicitors couldn't (or wouldn't). She made sure we weren't ripped off and we were very happy with the final negotiated price! An excellent service, and I can't recommend highly enough.

Overall ok, but service was really not the best at some critical points

We recently bought a flat through Conran and I was not overly impressed by the service. The communication started off really well and we were getting weekly updates, sometimes prompted and sometimes they did do these without being asked. Issues started when our point of contact stopped replying, and when we called to speak to her, we found out she had left. I thought this was handled badly given how close to exchange we were at the point. The new guy we then had was not great. He had told us the sellers wanted to exchange on a certain date and asked if we were aligned, which we were. We had a final viewing, which he forgot about and also didn't remember where we were going, but in that viewing we learned he had not asked the seller about dates, and they had a completely different idea to what we'd been led to believe. I was really not impressed given he knew how we were feeling and what he'd said to us, it was just really poor. Also, emails we had sent were not being passed onto the seller, and we ended up exchanging without resolving an issue, because at that point we were fed up and wanted it done. But it was something we'd asked the previous person at Conran to speak to sellers about, and the new guy was just as useless at helping us resolve this. Anyway, they pride themselves on top notch customer service, but since we've bought the flat and moved in, we've had multiple letters about how properties in the area are selling /going for let which is really winding us up. If your service was that good, you'd know you'd just sold this flat and you'd at least go to the effort to take us off your marketing letters! Glad our purchase got through in the end, and overall they were ok but some things just really don't add up to the level of service they claim to have.
