Lorraine one of the lettings agents at Conran showed me around a beautiful one bedroom. She is very professional and a warm welcoming friendly persona. She sat down and went through everything with me and made me feel comfortable. She showed the property well and highlighted all the best features. It was brilliant working with Asiah and her team. I can't thank them enough. The 1st win was, within a month of listing the house I had two offers at the higher end of the asking price. Also second win, first offer fell through pretty quickly but they somehow got me a an even higher second offer very quickly. Third win, even though I made a mistake of finding a not so good solícitor, and I am being extremely kind), Asiah always kept me up to date, so whenever the buyer was getting impatient because of lack of response from my solicitor. I was be able to chase them to respond. Not only that, she was excellent at managing expectations with the buyer. So my lesson from this, make sure you hire a good estate agent first and foremost with knowledge of your local area. Conran filled all these requirements. Second lesson for me is not to hire a solicitor before talking to them. They can easily ruin your sale. But all ended well anyway. Thanks Conran

Conran Charlton were with me every step of the way for the sale and purchase of my properties. Asiah was our main agent and was excellent at managing our viewings on our sale, giving feedback and getting us the sale! Then the follow up with chasing buyers/sellers/us/solicitors, Asiah never dropped the ball and made sure it went through. Michael (Manager) was so great with giving us market advice and insight/vision. We also used their mortgage service (which I have written a separate review for) and they have been looking after my mortgages for 10 years now.

I could not select a better property management company

As a landlord, I've had more than my fair share of problems in the leaseheld flats I own. Georgina at Conran's has worked so patiently and professionally with my tenants, the contractors, the freeholder and me to get everything ship-shape in every instance, over years. I honestly couldn't have chosen a better management company for my 2 flats. Abysmal communication, don't work for seller

Once given an appointment to view, only to have it cancelled within a day or two because "they've accepted an offer". Next, repeatedly phoned and emailed through online property site as well as direct from Friday to Tuesday regarding a property clearly still available on website. No response until Tuesday when a scanty apology saying property sold and sorry you haven't been able to contact us! Conrans know my requirements and they should have informed me of this property, not left me to find it online and then ignore me. When I last looked it was still listed as available.

Just exchanged contracts yesterday for the purchase of my first ever property. Kellie Kemp is incredible - extremely attentive and has your back throughout the whole process. It took us over a year to sell our house. It wasn't Conran's fault - the property was problematic, and the first buyer pulled out in the last moment, and then another one pulled out, too. Conran's team never gave up on us and kept working tirelessly on finding us a new buyer. I've dealt with a few of their colleagues - Michael, Hulya, another lady whose name I forgot. But above all, I would like to mention how absolutely brilliant Kellie was. I couldn't have asked for a better agent - apart from her application to duty, she is kind, empathetic, patient, and altogether a wonderful human being. We felt very well looked after, having Kellie and the team at Conran support us as we bought our first property. We were continually updated and Kellie in particular was happy to answer any questions we had, allowing us to feel we were in good hands.
