I would like to thank Kareena Bhurosah of South Property Management team for the extra effort. New regulations require all homes let in the UK to have a valid EICR by April 2021. Tenant has lost the original copy, but Kareena took an extra step to reach out to block management to retrieve a copy of the same, saving myself £24 admin fee.

GoogleI had an appointment to view two flats in Pinnacle Apartments in Croydon. The agent did not turn up. After repeated calls to mobile and texts, there was no reply. I called the office number and was told the best way to contact him was via email when I was already at the property. This is a viewing for two properties at Pinnacle. It is extremely unprofessional to not get in touch or return my calls for a missed appointment. I would not deal with them again. Wonder what would happen if we had agreed on sale and they ghosted at that point.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
