GoogleLong was extremely helpful and professional throughout. From the viewing to signing the contracts. We had a terrible time with a different agent and had viewed over 15 flats. Long was the first agent to give us a printout with all of the flats information and genuinely cared to explain the different features. I would thoroughly recommend! Thanks again Long. I am a buyer and the face of Chase Evans for me was Ms.Ginny pattni. She is a very astute professional who is very punctual, sincere and dedicated to the wellbeing of not just her clients but the buyers too.I have met a few real estate agents but she standsout mainly in two ways 1) Her empathy to people she meets-kind of unusual for a real estate agent of her seniority and her accomplishments.2) Genuinity and willingness to help while staying true to her values and clients.I strongly believe in Ginny and hope she would be a great friend beyond my house hunt.
