GoogleThe worst estate agents! we were buying a property, had the offer agreed had the mortgage ready, got a survey done and then all of a sudden they (Shannon) say someone has offered higher and stop picking up calls and don't call us back and ignore all communication we try to make. this is highly unprofessional that after a property has been agreed and surveyed and mortgage has been done, and the next and final step was it being signed and contracted with the solicitors, she acts like this and the worst part is she won't even bother communicating with us about it. Usually in our experience as investors, when a property is under offer, estate agents do not take any other offers. Terrible service. if you are buying, do not go with them, they have no professionalism or communication skills whatsoever.
Priya Patel, I am sorry that you feel like we have been unprofessional but you have stated a lot of stuff that is not fact. 1 - You had agreed a price but then done a home buyers survey, from which then you tried to knock off a certain amount to which the homeowners rejected. 2 - Shannon has always been in communication with yourself, husband and even your broker, as you had to re-mortgage you other properties which took more than a month. 3- The sale was just agreed and we was far from signing contracts as solicitors didn't even issue draft contracts to your solicitor as no sales memorandums wasn't even issued, so we were far from the transaction been started. Please feel free to come in and speak to us to clarify the matter for you if your still not satisfied but we can go through every single point with you.
