GoogleAll the team very helpful and informative and polite, especially Hassan Ali who was constantly professional and always there when you needed him. He made the whole process as stress free as possible.

GoogleThrough Hassan Ali, as first time buyers we placed an offer on a flat and the offer was expected. As soon as the offer was accepted we went to contact our solicitor and made contact with our bank and started the whole process. After 5 days from the verbal agreement of the offer we made contact with Hassan Ali 5 to inform him of how far into the process we were, only for him to inform us that the property got sold to a cash buyer. He wasted our effort, time and we felt majorly disrespected. Over the phone he kept mentioning how this is was all legal but he was not clear to why and how this happened. We need an writen explanation to clarify why and what happened. We have contacted other agents from different companies and made it clear that they all refuse viewings while a place is under offer, this was a very disappointing experience with haart.

Hi Raghed, I am really sorry to hear that you feel disrespected and disappointed. Our colleague Hassan did advise that their is multple offers and interest on the property and yes your offer has been accepted but you will need to provide solicitor details, that had taken yourself almost a week to provide, to which the homeowner advised us to go with the other offer, he has not at all wasted your time and efforts but following our process. Also every estate agent operate differently, but from the sellers point of view, you had just made an offer but not provide solicitor details in order to issue sales memorandum, the sellers didn't feel you was full committed and if you had done everything you claim to have done, you coudl have just advised us your solicitor details. Our colleague Hassan had called you 3 days in a row to get this information to which you had failed to provide. Once again really sorry you feel like this but he was following the policy, we are more than happy to discuss this with you in person or by phone on 0208 578 6751. Thank you.

GoogleI rented a property through Haart… I’m only giving this rating as a 5 star review just for one person that works in the Greenford branch DAVID PRINCE! He is the only person I’ve spoken to and actually done his job or called back when he said he would and responded to emails just overall been willing to help!! The service I received from the Ealing branch when moving out was awful Kalina and her manager Natalie in charge of property management they don’t respond to emails they don’t call back or chase up what they say they will. I wouldn’t recommend either one of them how ever I would highly recommend DAVID PRINCE based in Greenford.
