We booked for a viewing for one of the advertised flats in Greenford. Yasir, has given us a confirmation for 0CT 10, 11AM viewing. We went to the property address 10 mins early, all hopeful and enthusiastic, only to be let down by this agency. At 11AM, no agent has turned up, we waited for few more mins and I decided to call them and was told to try and knock on the door as Yasir may already be in the property, but we were already there 10mins earlier than the viewing time and we did not see anyone go inside the property. My husband still knocked on the door and the owner has told him there was no viewing booked for that day. I called the number again and spoke to James who said he is from the central hub so he has no idea where this Yasir may be at this time, but James has confirmed that we have been booked for 11AM on that day and there wasn't any note for cancellation. It was already 30 mins past the booked viewing time and we were still confused of what's going on. James said he will send an email accross to the greenford team and I should get a call shortly, but to my dismay, another 15mins have past, no calls from them.We went to their office in greenford, but no one from the estates agency was there, only a mortgage advisor. He said all the agents are out on a viewing. He took my name and number and said he will ask Yasir to call ASAP when he gets back. Time check at the time of writing 17:22, and still no calls from them. This has been a very frustrating experience for us as we were really interested in that property. We were even from a night shift, going to another night shift but we still pushed through the viewing because we really wanted to check it out. But now because of this, we have lost our interest. Highly recommend if you're looking to sell a property in Greenford. Omar is such a hard worker and he's been persistent in improving standards at this branch since coming in as manager, letting go of staff who weren't able to reach those standards, and continuing to improve the team as time went on rather than settling for mediocrity. He initially got me a great offer on my flat but I had to pull out unfortunately. When it came to putting it back on the market, I actually decided to use a different local agent. They couldn't get me any offers so I went back to Haart with my tail between my legs, but Omar was very gracious about the whole thing. He started getting offers in until I had one I was happy to accept. Got it through to completion and everyone happy. Recommending to others in the area.

My experience with Haart estate agents Greenford branch was great!! This was my first property and I am happy to say I received the best service I could’ve asked for. Most of my contact was with Rukhsana and she was absolutely brilliant!! She is very professional, easy to talk to about and queries I had at any time and a lovely person. She was able to squeeze me in last minute on a viewing and today I have purchased that same property. From start to end she was always in contact with me to make sure everything was running smoothly.
