Buying a property can be a daunting experience but buying our first investment property with Haart@Greenford branch,we received an absolutely fantastic service from Miraj Chhipa!! Because of the complexity with seller's situation, it took us almost 9 months from offer accepted to completion of purchase, however Miraj was very helpful, proactive, honest, approachable and supporting throughout this time. We cannot thank him enough for helping us acquire this amazing property! I would highly recommend Miraj to anyone looking to purchase thier first residential/investment property!

If you want a lesson in customer service then these guys are the best I've ever encountered! Friendly and approachable but most importantly their ability to keep you updated throughout the home buying process was truly amazing! So what I can say about Haart's and the Amazing Shannon??? Well firstly she is amazing and managed to keep me calm throughout the whole sale process, secondly after another agent tried to sell our house for 7/8 weeks. Shannon got an offer that that ended up in completion after just 3 days !!!! from the moment I met her for a coffee she was absolutely confident in why I should use Haart's and I left the shop signed up and ready for a sale and boy was she quick in getting that sale. They carefully vetted the potential purchasers and although it was of course our choice of what offer to accept (we had 2) it turned out to be the right choice as we completed today in 9 weeks which was only delayed by some additional checks as it was a shared ownership back to back staircase and sale. So although Ares is a great branch manager my absolute thanks to Shannon for her constant support and her amazing ability to keep my on the ground. The service was well worth the money.

I was very stressed and worried about the process of selling my property but after meeting Ares and Shannon the management of the branch they really put me at ease, i know thats there job but i cannot express more how helpful they were to us especially Shannon who helped us with all our paper work and kept us informed with regular updates. I sold my house through Haart, Ares was very approachable, sympathetic and assured me he would get a sale for my property and bingo he was true to his word, within weeks he got me a buyer. He kept me informed of the processes, however there were a few difficulties encountered from the buyers side which I knew could have been resolved quicker. This would have made us move a month or so quicker. Having said that everything went through with a bang in the end. Thank you Ares and not forgetting Shannon who kept me updated. House moving has been very stressful but so worth it!!
